Sapphire Spa is currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RMT at Sapphire Spa, you will have the opportunity to provide clients with top-quality therapeutic treatments in a tranquil and luxurious spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough client assessments to determine their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans
– Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and prenatal massages
– Educate clients on proper self-care techniques and recommend follow-up treatments
– Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress notes
– Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as outlined by the spa
– Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy
Qualifications:
– Must be a registered massage therapist with valid certification from an accredited institution
– Minimum of 2 years experience working as an RMT in a professional setting
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Professional demeanor and appearance
– Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
